“Pole Masters™” is a program developed by ESTEEM Fitness with the objective of rewarding and recognizing those that share our passion for Pole Fitness while bringing an awareness of what Pole Fitness has to offer to Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area.

We have watched it grow over the years here in our studio and have listened to our clients and what other "Pole Junkies" have to say, and this program will allow us show our appreciation and continue to encourage our clients, as well as other women, to appreciate Pole Fitness for the sport that it is and what it can become.
So, we invite each of you to be a part of this great program. All you have to do is continue to be passionate and enjoy every moment that you spend “on the pole” and in turn we will recognize and award you for your efforts and accomplishments. Together, we can help the sport of Pole Fitness grow and gain the respect and appreciation that it deserves.
About the "Pole Masters™" Program:
How would you like to be a “black panty” in Pole? You’ve heard of being a “black belt in Karate”? Well, now you can strive to earn your “black panty” in Pole.
By enrolling in “Pole Masters™”, you will earn promotions to different levels until you become a “Pole Master” and earn your “black panty” in pole. You will start out at Level 1 and as you accomplish different levels of pole spins, tricks and combinations you will be recognized for your efforts and successes…..with the ultimate goal of becoming a Level 6 - “Pole Master™” and earning your “black panty” in Pole. And you can do this all here at ESTEEM Fitness.

“Pole Masters” will also serve as a guide to help you determine in which level of class you belong.

Class Card Holders* ………………………..$5.00
Non-Members*………………………………$10.00
*Groupon or similar cardholders are considered non-members
Must hold the above status at time of review or appropriate enrollment fees will apply.
Program Rules & Guidelines
- Anyone may enroll in ESTEEM Fitness’ Pole Masters™ Program.
- While enrolled in ESTEEM Fitness’ Pole Masters™ Program you will be expected to represent the studio, the sport and yourself with respect.
- Enrollment in the program is required and enrollment forms must be completed to be considered for promotion to different levels, prior to being reviewed.
- A “review” is when an ESTEEM Fitness instructor will observe and pass or fail the performance of tricks within a level.
- All tricks within a level must be able to be completed prior to being reviewed by an ESTEEM Fitness instructor.
- “Review” opportunities will be scheduled and made available at Pole Masters™ Open Houses and during Pole Jam classes only.
- Instructors will not take time out of their regularly schedule classes to perform reviews.
- Development of your skills while enrolled in the program is your responsibility. ESTEEM Fitness and its instructors will provide you, and other clients, instruction through classes, workshops, clinics and private pole sessions at your expense.
- ESTEEM Fitness’ reserves the right to adjust the program as it sees fit to ensure that it drives a level of excellence.
- Pole Masters™ Program is completely optional.
