PRIVATE 1-on-1 TRAINING OPTIONS:
(as low as $25/session)
Program "Jump Start" - 1 hour personal training session per week may be all you need to get yourself started or to learn some exercises that you can use in your own workouts the rest of the week.

Program "Committed" - 2, 1 hour personal training sessions per week is a way to get out of the gates running.  You'll be sure to see results soon with this program!

GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS:
(an affordable way to get personal training)

"Just Us Gals" BootCamp - Get 2- 1hr Personal Training Sessions each week with a Personal Trainer that will focus on weight loss, while toning & strengthening all of those problem areas that us ladies get frustrated with.....you know which areas we're talking about.  

Space is limited so guarantee your spot by paying for a full monthly session or pay as you go.  Reservations Required.  
(Additional Sessions will be added as required)

GROUP SESSION TIMES AVAILABLE:
"Just Us Gals" Bootcamp:  
Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-7pm

 
 Pay monthly: 
 1 month - $125  
 3 months - $99/month   
 6 months or more - $75/month 

 Pay as you Go:
 $25 per session

*Please note, based on the results of a health & fitness evaluation your personal trainer may require a doctor's release form be completed prior to designing your workout program and exercising with you in order to minimize risks.

*Introductory Personal Training Session is a 30 minute session consisting of determing body fat %, BMI & identifying target fitness heart rates and a fitness equipment review.
