BELLY DANCING for Beginners
Great for beginners held on Monday's from 6 - 7pm
In this class there are no limits. It will help all sizes to achieve graceful, fun, and feminine movements. You will get a fully enjoyable dance lesson, and discover at the end they have also had a fully enjoyable workout. Get those hips moving and gain strength and flexibility.
ABsoGLUTEly - Use of Body Bars and other fitness equipment to target, upper & lower abs, obliques and glutes into your upper thighs. Feel good in your clothes again...

PoleFitness- Want to get in touch with your wild side and have a little fun while
you get fit? The Pole Fitness class is for YOU! Your instructor will walk you through
different pole moves, teach you how to walk and show you a few transitions that tone
and strengthen, creating long, lean muscles. Then you'll have a little fun before your
done by putting those moves together in a fun & sexy routine. You'll love it so much,
you'll want to purchase your own pole before you leave.
Currently at ESTEEM Fitness we have Levels I, II, III & IV of Pole Fitness & Pole Jam on our schedule. However, there are 6 levels and we will add higher level classes as needed. The highest level Pole Fitness class will include moves from that level and above where applicable. ***BEGINNERS may start with Pole Fitness I and/or Pole Conditioning***
NOTE: Being able to invert is required for both Pole Fitness III CLASSES
Pole Conditioning- Using the pole you will strengthen & stretch the specific muscles that you need to begin climbing and mastering those awesome pole moves that you see your instructors do. This is great for injury prevention.
Pole Jam- Open to all levels and is an opportunity for all "Pole Lovers" to get together, workon the next best trick, take pictures, etc....all while encouraging and celebrating the successes of each other. Instructor(s) will be available for some 1-on-1 instruction. Come on in and see what all the hype is about.
Pole Wasted- Learn to perform moves on a spinning pole. You must be comfortable with the following moves to participate: Fireman, Martini, Pinwheel

Black Light Sexy Flexy- Learn sexy floorwork and flexibility that will help you put all those spins and tricks together seamlessly.
Open Pole - Come on in and practice the moves that you've learned. Available any time that there isn't a class scheduled in the pole studio. Charged at $10/30min OR $15/hr...Included FREE with the ESTEEM Membership. Practice at your own risk.
Private Lessons: Prefer some one on one attention to learn those special moves or want to put together a routine for that special someone. Available by appointment. Individual - $65; or come with a girlfriend - $100
Chair/Floor - An aerobic workout where you will learn dance and exercise moves that will be put together in a routine. A combination of yoga, pilates and of course......EXOTIC DANCE while using the chair as a prop that guarantees you will be feelin' it tomorrow!

In addition to the above classes, we also offer a FREE introductory class every Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm! You will get a taste of both the chair & pole classes. This class is only free for new clients ONLY. It is NOT necessary to take this class prior to taking others. We offer this class to allow people who may be intimidated by the “exotic dance” theme to try it out and see how exciting it really is. Regular gym/workout attire is appropriate. One free class per person. Reservations recommended.
Hula HoopFit Classes- That's right, that amazing toy is no longer just for kids!
Not only is it fun, I mean, it's a hula hoop! ...but you can burn up to 100 calories in 10 minutes, and it's a great core-toner! You actually start by doing stretches with your hoop. Then you go crazy with the hoop and do it around your legs, your chest, and your arms (or any combination of these) and get a full-body workout.
Circuit Burn- Circuit Training that combines cardio and strength training designed to burn calories, sculpt lean muscle mass to re-shape your entire body. All exercises can be modified for different fitness levels.
This is an above ground class where students can stretch and strengthen the body while suspended in a silk fabric sling. The fabric is soft enough to wrap ones waist, shoulders , arms and knees without putting too much pressure on the joint sockets. Aerial Strength & Conditioning -

Funk & Flex -“Drop it like a squat” Get down club style and party your pant size down. High energy Hip Hop & House music make you want to move and groove. Add some weight ….and wiggle that jiggle right off!
Heelz-Move over Miley and take your “twerk”!!!! We came to “WEERRRKKK”!!!! This is a choreography centric class, practicing the art of “classy and sassy” hip hop to build strong, sexy legs and ladies. If you choose... take your workout up a notch...toss on some HEELZ.
A people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp-inspired toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.
We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging.
